Testing Centers at 性奴调教

性奴调教 students must register with the Center for Accessibility and Disability Resources and get its approval for reasonable exam accommodations prior to requesting accommodated exam services at the 性奴调教 testing centers.

The testing centers are available to course instructors and students who need to coordinate equal access exam accommodations, including quiet testing space, computer use for essay exams, and a reader or writer upon request.

Services are available on the north (main) campus from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday in 105 Des Peres Hall; and on the south (medical) campus from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday in 114 Trudy Busch Valentine School of Nursing Building.

Two kinds of exams may take place in the testing centers:

  • Out-of-class exams for students with approved accommodations through the Center for Accessibility and Disability Resources
  • Rescheduled exam requests for students who do not have accommodations but who are unable to take an exam in class at the regularly scheduled time

It is recommended that students and instructors review the Testing Center Policies and Procedures (PDF) prior to utilizing the testing centers.

Scheduling an Exam with Exam Accommodations

Students with exam accommodations will begin the process of completing the Out of Class Testing (OCT) Form via DocuSign. Students will then submit the form, which will automatically go to their instructor to complete. Once submitted by the instructor, it will automatically go to the selected testing center.

If a student or instructor needs assistance with this process, the following videos and help guide outline how to complete the OCT form and schedule an exam with accommodations.

Scheduling a Missed or Make-Up Exam

Instructors can utilize the testing centers to facilitate rescheduled exams for students who do not have accommodations. These are for circumstances when the student was unable to take an exam in class at the regularly scheduled time. Rescheduled exams during midterms and finals will only be accepted for reasons related to unexpected or emergency circumstances. These will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

To submit a Rescheduled Exam Request (RER) form, the instructor and the student should agree to a date and time for the rescheduled exam. The instructor will complete and submit the RER form at least 72 hours (business days) in advance to the requested date.

If an instructor needs assistance with this process, the following video and help guide outline how to complete the RER form and schedule a missed or make-up exam.

Testing Center Frequently Asked Questions

How do I schedule an exam in the testing centers?

You must submit an Out of Class Testing (OCT) Form, via DocuSign, to your instructor. Once they have submitted the form, it will then be sent to the selected testing center automatically. These forms must be submitted at least one week in advance to your exam date. If a form is sent fewer than seven days in advance, the Testing Center cannot ensure that you will receive your full accommodations due to spacing and/or staffing.

Once the completed form is entered into the testing center schedule, you will receive a confirmation email. Ensure that your confirmation email is correct. If there is a mistake, please contact the testing center immediately.

I missed an exam due to an athletic event or unforeseen personal event. Can I take my exam in the testing centers?
Yes. Your instructor must complete a Rescheduled Exam Request (RER) Form and submit the completed form via DocuSign a minimum of 72 hours in advance to the North Campus Testing Center. We will not accept RER forms turned in less than 72 hours in advance.
Are the testing centers open during the summer for students who are enrolled in summer courses?

Yes. The testing centers are available for student use for summer courses. However, the testing centers are not fully staffed during the summer. Students and faculty are encouraged to reach out to the testing centers to inquire about summer availability. Typically, we request that students and/or faculty communicate exam proctoring at least 72 hours prior to the requested date and time.

I have evening exams for my biology and chemistry courses. I would like to utilize my accommodations for these courses. Am I able to utilize the testing center, even though it closes at 5 p.m.?

Yes! Our testing centers work with these departments to coordinate specific exam dates so that the testing center will be open later in the evening to accommodate students' exams. These exam dates are specific, meaning that the testing center will only be open on these specific dates coordinated with these departments, not on other dates.

I already submitted my OCT form and received confirmation of my scheduled exams. However, I need to adjust one of my exam dates. Do I need to resubmit my OCT form with the new date?

No. If you have already been scheduled in the testing center through an OCT form but need to adjust the exam date, please contact the testing center via email requesting to adjust your exam date.
