Well-Being Resources at 性奴调教

Mental health counseling, spiritual support, and well-being resources are available for all members of the 性奴调教 community.

Now and throughout the year, the well-being resources on this page can help you cope with stress, manage ongoing mental health concerns, respond to loss, make sense of traumatic events, and/or find strategies to navigate everyday challenges. Whatever your circumstances, please do not hesitate to access the valuable support mental health professionals can provide.

Supporting Students

University Counseling Center (UCC)

厂尝鲍鈥檚 University Counseling Center team recently expanded, adding new staff counselors. If you would like to schedule an appointment with one of the trained and licensed staff members, please call 314-977-TALK (8255) and press option #0 (zero).

For mental health concerns or crises outside of UCC business hours, press option #9 to be connected to a behavioral health nurse 24/7.

Dean of Students Office

The Dean of Students Office team is always ready to help students navigate resources and offer guidance in managing health and well-being. The team also partners with faculty and staff who may have concerns or questions about supporting our students. Email deanofstudents@slu.edu or call 314-977-9378 to connect. 

Eckelkamp Center for Campus Ministry

The Eckelkamp Center for Campus Ministry鈥檚 doors are open for those who are looking for extra support during a challenging time. Stop by Wuller Hall, call 314-977-2425 or email campusministry@slu.edu.

Duo Dog Woody

性奴调教 welcomes Woody to the team as a full-time facility dog. Woody will assist with decreasing stress, improving moods, and promoting overall well-being through interactions with students, faculty and staff on campus.

Student Well-Being Task Force

性奴调教 established a student well-being task force comprised of stakeholders from across the University and from a variety of backgrounds and areas of expertise. Following months of soliciting input from the campus, the task force recently released its final recommendations to move the University toward a culture of well-being.

JED Campus

性奴调教 has partnered with the Jed Foundation to become an official JED Campus. The non-profit鈥檚 nationwide initiative helps schools evaluate and strengthen their mental health, substance misuse, and suicide prevention programs and systems.

training: Ask Listen Refer

Ask Listen Refer is a statewide online suicide prevention training program created for campuses throughout Missouri, including 性奴调教. The program takes about 20 minutes to complete and is intended to be educational rather than therapeutic.

ComPsych Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

 In-person, confidential counseling through the EAP is available to all 性奴调教 employees, their family members, and members of their household. Schedule up to eight sessions at no cost to you. Each one-hour session can be scheduled face-to-face or via telehealth (phone or video). If you want to speak to a counselor more quickly, ComPsych has full-time counselors on staff. When you call, let the clinician know you would like to speak to one of their full-time counselors over the phone. They will assist in scheduling an appointment and a ComPsych counselor will call you within 24 hours.

Contact: Call 800-859-9319 to access these services. You鈥檒l be connected to a master鈥檚 level EAP clinician who will help refer you to counselors who meet your needs and preferences.
The clinician will email you a list of counselors for your consideration.

On-Demand: Training When You Need It

On-demand training sessions that provide focused, quick support are available when you need it. Choose from a variety of topics that are periodically updated, such as helping a loved one through difficult times, managing staff through change and stress, and much more.

New York Life Family and Mental Health Support

Live and on-demand webinars are available to help support you through difficult times, such as adjusting to a caregiving role, understanding and managing addiction, and navigating through grief and loss.
