Step One: Get Started in myÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì

The portal serves as a comprehensive online resource for our admitted students. As a new Billiken, you can use myÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì to apply for housing and see important due dates. 

  1. You will log in to using your ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì Net ID and ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì Net ID password. You can find your ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì Net ID, Banner ID and instructions on creating a temporary ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì Net ID password in your . 1818 students: If you've previously logged in to myÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì or paid for classes, use the same password.
  2. Follow to set up your Okta multi-factor authentication.

Step Two: Confirm Your Enrollment

Don’t let College Decision Day stress you out. As May 1 approaches and you weigh your college options, know that your ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì admission counselor is here to make things easier for you, and help you through the enrollment and financial aid processes. Please contact your admission counselor if you have any questions or need assistance with your deposit. We’re here for you, and we have a community of Billikens that can’t wait to welcome you home.

To confirm your enrollment at ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì, you’ll need to pay an enrollment deposit. (For ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì-Madrid students, this is called a confirmation fee.) This secures your place in the freshman class and should be submitted when you have decided to attend ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì. If you decide not to attend ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì, you will forfeit your enrollment deposit.

Step Three: Complete All Your myÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì To-Dos

Once you've logged into myÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì, you can:

Tell Us Your Housing Preferences

  • Housing contracts can be viewed and completed through. You must first . You will receive access to the contract after your deposit has been processed (24-48 hours). Interested in theme housing? Complete your Learning Community or theme housing application. Your residence hall placement is based on your Learning Community.

Get Ready for ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì 101

  • Register for ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì 101 Orientation.
  • Students currently living overseas are not required to attend ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì 101 Orientation. 

Complete Course Placement Materials

  • Make sure to complete your course placement materials as soon as possible.
    • You will have access to the Course Placement site in Canvas after submitting your deposit.  It can take up to 48 hours before you have access to all the tests within Canvas.
    • Test scores are used to create your first semester schedule, so it is important to complete them soon and to do your best.  
    • You have the option of re-taking your math and chemistry tests if you don't test into the appropriate level the first time.

  • ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì Email: Be sure to log in to your @slu.edu address regularly for important reminders and updates from us. Select the Microsoft Office 365 Mail app in myÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì.
  • If you applied to ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì using your high school email address, please contact your admission counselor before your high school email account becomes inactive (by May 15) with an alternative email address. 
  • Go to Google Play or the Apple App store and search for "Navigate Student." Once the app is installed, search for "ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì" and use your ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì login credentials to get started.
    • Additionally, you may use the desktop version by clicking on the EAB Navigate Student icon on MyÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì Tools, or go to . This app allows you to make appointments, shares key dates and events on campus, and provides other great resources. Learn more about Navigate here.

Get Your ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì ID

  • Submit your photo for your ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì ID. Be on the lookout for an email, sent to your ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì email account, in late spring that will share information on how to submit your photo online for your ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì ID. View ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì ID photo guidelines.

Health To-Dos

  • Submit required immunization and screening records to ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì’s  before the Aug.1 deadline.
  • ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì’s vaccine portal will take you step-by-step through submitting your required immunizations and screenings and allow you the opportunity to load health records so that you may reference the portal for any other program-specific requirements during your time at ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì. Visit the Student Health Center page for more information.

Step Four: Review Financial Aid

Invest in Your Future

ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì is now receiving FAFSA data and releasing official financial aid offers!

Because ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì's estimated offers are no longer available, make sure you have filed your FAFSA to formally determine your eligibility for state and federal grants and loans.

  • Check your email — personal and/or ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì email address — for a message from ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì Student Financial Services. You will find your personalized URL in this message to view your financial aid offer.
  • Accept the terms and conditions of your financial aid offer.
  • Accept or decline your financial aid offer.
  • Complete your Master Promissory Note if you accepted loans.
  • Make arrangements to pay your final account balance. First payment is due Aug. 3

Final Transcripts

  • Final high school and/or college transcripts must be submitted no later than Aug. 1. Transcripts can be mailed to the Office of Admission, uploaded to your or sent electronically to admission@slu.edu. Transcripts may also be dropped off at DuBourg Hall, Room 119.

Real-World Experience

Adding real-world experience to your résumé helps you to stand out to future employers. Get started before classes begin by participating in one of our virtual internships, part of the ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì EXPeriential Learning Program. Any high school, undergraduate or graduate student is eligible to participate regardless of your enrollment status at ÐÔÅ«µ÷½Ì.
